Protecting your privacy is important to Bentec. Because of this we want to demonstrate our commitment to upholding your privacy by making our information management practices as transparent as possible.

Personal information

When you browse this site you do so anonymously. We don’t collect personal information. We do log IP addresses to give us an idea of which parts of the site you visit and how long you spend there though we do not link your IP address to anything personally identifiable. The only other information automatically provided to us is the type of computer and operating system you are using. Your browser supplies us with this information which we use to tailor the site in the future. There are times, however, when we may need information from you e.g. your name and address. This information is sent directly to us and used for correspondence. Information security and quality

We are fully committed to data security, however, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure the security of the information you transmit to us. Email is not a secure form of communication and can be intercepted by third parties so emails sent to Bentec are not confidential. Any information sent by email is done so at your own risk and you should consider carefully its sensitivity before transmitting it. If in doubt you may wish to telephone or write to us instead. In this regard, we urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal data while you are on the Internet. Bentec takes appropriate steps to communicate our privacy policy and guidelines to all employees.

Applicants

Easycruit

The company responsible for data protection is Bentec GmbH Drilling & Oilfield Systems, Deilmannstr. 1, 48455 Bad Bentheim.
We use EasyCruit to simplify the process within the scope of the recruitment procedures and to efficiently design the communications with you.
In this process, personal data of the applicants is processed and stored by Easycruit.
The legal basis for this processing is the consent given as part of the application (Art. 6 (1) lit. DSGVO). In this context, you decide which personal data will be communicated to the company. As a rule, these are names, your contact information, your CV, your cover letter and other relevant application documents. We would like to point out that this consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. The processing up to the time of the revocation remains unaffected.
In addition, the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO (pre-contractual measures) exists, as the application aims to establish an employment contract.
Easycruit is a cloud service developed by Visma. The company is based in Oslo, Norway. The data is stored exclusively in the EU. A corresponding order processing contract has been concluded with Visma.
Your personal data will be processed by Easycruit during the recruitment process and to the extent necessary to comply with legislation. You can use the "Edit my profile" functions in your Easycruit account to delete, upload and edit information.

Heyflow

In the context of recruiting measures, we use the quick application tool of the provider Heyflow GmbH, Junfernstieg 49, 20354 Hamburg.

Heyflow processes the personal data collected (for example gender, surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, mobile phone number, school type,...) exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions on the basis of a contract processing agreement.
The legal basis for the processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO in the context of the quick application. We expressly point out that this consent can be revoked at any time in accordance with Art. 7 (1) DSGVO.
Heyflow uses the server hosting service "Google Cloud Platform" of Google LLC and the cloud computing service "Amazon Web Services" ("AWS") of Amazon Web Services EMEA
SARL. The Heyflow services collected personal data are hosted and processed exclusively on servers in the EU.

Bentec is committed to Data Protection and guarding your privacy. Bentec as a Data Controller will only collect and hold basic personal data from you and will not record any data that we do not require in order to respond to your enquiry. We will not share your information with any third parties except where required to by local legislative obligations. All the personal data submitted through this portal is processed by Bentec staff and may be transferred internally to our Bentec regional office closest to you in order to best provide a service to you (which may be outside of the European Union). The provider of this website uses the services of etracker GmbH, Hamburg, Germany (www.etracker.com) to analyse usage data. Here, cookies are used which enable the statistical analysis of the use of this website by its visitors as well as the display of usage-relevant content or advertising. Cookies are small text files that are stored by the Internet browser on the user's device. etracker cookies do not contain any information that could identify a user.

The data generated with etracker is processed and stored by etracker solely in Germany by commission of the provider of this website and is thus subject to strict German and European data protection laws and standards.In this regard, etracker was checked, certified and awarded with the ePrivacyseal data protection seal of approval.

The data is processed on the legal basis of Art. 6 Section 1 lit f (legitimate interest) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).Our legitimate interest is the optimization of our online offer and our website.
